Eurofragance in Spain is seeking a temporary People & Culture recruitment assistant to support high-volume hiring, mainly for production/operator roles, across Rubí and Sant Cugat. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, organize interviews, and help with onboarding documentation.
The adecuado candidate has a degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years of recruitment experience in an industrial setting, and immediate availability. Own car is required due to cross-site coverage.
