In this role you will lead the sourcing and supplier strategy for Tu0026amp;E commodities, coordinating a supplier panel and driving cost reductions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to qualify suppliers, manage performance, and negotiate purchasing contracts. You will identify supplier innovations and guide risk management and payment terms to support capital investments.

This is a hands-on procurement role in a dynamic environment with a focus on efficiency, competitiveness, and strategic supplier development.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead commodity strategy and structure supplier panel
- Identify and qualify new suppliers to onboard
- Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective action
- Achieve assigned cost reduction goals and other KPIs
- Lead supplier RFQ and nomination process, negotiate contracts




- Identify supplier innovation capabilities and pursue technology advancements
- Negotiate payment terms to achieve financial objectives
- Support acquisition process and drive competitiveness on Tu0026E investments
- Ensure supplier risk management

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- 3+ years of purchasing experience in an industrial environment (ideally automotive)

- Analytical thinking and data-driven orientation
- Proven negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office tools
