As Train Project Engineering Manager, you lead engineering project management and Design to Cost activities at our Barcelona site, ensuring QCD commitments. You collaborate across engineering, operations and project management to resolve issues, develop skills, and deploy engineering standards. You contribute to continuous improvement and drive DtC initiatives to deliver greener, smarter rail mobility solutions.
This role combines leadership, technical excellence, and cross-functional influence to shape high-impact projects.

- Lead Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders
- Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
- Oversee deployment of engineering processes, standards and QMS
- Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
- Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
- Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development
