To support this growth, we are hiring a Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our Italian clients.

? The role

We’re looking for a Travel Advisor to join our crew in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in the French Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing French-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

? What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

- Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat; boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.




- Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat; the next time they go sailing.

You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded. To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

? What you bring aboard

- You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
- Ideally with one or two years of previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.
- You manage autonomously your entire Sales cycle, from the understanding of the need to the closing and the upsell of the client.
- You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

? Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

- The knowledge of another language is highly valued.

Full-time contract starting as soon as possible. The package is from 30k€ depending on experience.
