Experteer Overview As an Associate in General Export u****amp; Agency Finance, you will support origination and execution of ECA-backed financing for clients worldwide from Madrid.You work closely with clients, ECAs, and internal teams to structure tailored solutions and advance deal execution through approval milestones.The role offers growth toward origination or structuring as you gain exposure to diverse financing structures.You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and ment?? junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance culture.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Support origination and execution of ECA-covered financing transactions globally• Contribute to business development, including client pitches and opportunity screening• Coordinate internal processes across Risk, Legal, Compliance, Eu****S, Syndication, Middle Office, and Project Finance• Prepare high-quality marketing, credit, and internal materials with strong analytical content• Manage transaction execution through approval stages (business committees, Risk approvals,



legal sign-off)• Participate in structuring and documentation phases focusing on core finance documents and ECA policies• Contribute to developing value-added financing solutions and more complex structures• Support and mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing• Support a flexible, dynamic, team-oriented working cultureResponsabilidades• Minimum 4 years of experience in advisory and/or lending roles within Structured Finance, Project Finance and/or Export Finance• Solid understanding of Export Finance and/or non-recourse financing structures and related legal frameworks• Bachelor• English mandatory; Spanish, French and German and/or other considered a plus• Strong structured finance fundamentals and ability to assess transaction risks• Ability to analyse and address contractual, commercial and technical issues• Strong interdisciplinary skills across financing, structuring and documentation• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills• Financial modelling skills are an advantage• Strong communication, organisational and process management skills• Proactive and hands-on attitude with initiative in a demanding environmentRequisitos principales• hybrid working model• flexible hours• competitive reward package• career growth opportunities• global exposure• collaborative culture
