About the Role
Join a dynamic international company offering remote customer support to general clients. As part of our fully remote team based in Greece,



you will:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements
Spanish (C1-C2) and English (B1+ minimum)
EU citizenship or valid working visa (only for people in Greece)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience is a plus, not mandatory
