In this role, you will support EU Vendor Flex operations by monitoring and improving Customer Experience metrics through Flow Analytics. You’ll partner with Supply Chain, Transportation and Ops leaders to generate actionable insights and drive standardization across sites. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert on Operations, Transportation and CX, and you’ll proactively address performance issues to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

This role offers visibility with senior stakeholders and a direct impact on how we deliver for customers at scale.

- Leverage Support Teams to source and nurture improvement plans for Flow Analytics
- Standardize best practices across sites and share knowledge
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Operations, Transportation, and Customer Experience xugodme
- Monitor site performance linked to Flow Analytics and implement corrective actions to optimize CX

Responsabilidades

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience working with data and analytics
- English proficiency CEFR B2/C1
