As VP HR EMEA, you will lead people strategy and organizational effectiveness across the region, partnering with executives to shape workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and HR transformation. You will drive change, analytics, and operational excellence in a multinational tech environment, reporting to the Global HR executive. This role anchors a high-impact, cross-border People function within a growing, integral, people-first organization.

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years of xugodme progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience leading HR within multinational technology or publicly traded organizations
- Expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and executive stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
