We are recruiting aSenior Laboratory and Compliance Assessment Managerfor aleading multinational industrial company, located near Pamplona (Spain).

This role combines aninitial phase leading an international transformation projectwith themanagement of the Laboratory and Compliance Assessment team(validation, testing, and regulatory compliance).
Key Responsibilities
Lead theteam strategy (20 employees), aligning product development, validation, and regulatory compliance with business objectives.
Manage and drive thetransformation project, coordinating resources, teams, and timelines.
Oversee and develop thelaboratory team(test engineering and technicians).
Superviseproduct verification, validation, and certification activities, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with national and international standards.
Ensure compliance withlaboratory quality systems and accreditations(ISO/IEC *****).
Coordinate communication with certification bodies, external partners, and internal departments (Quality, Production, Product).
Promotecontinuous improvement, technical innovation, and operational excellencewithin the laboratory.

Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of5 years of experienceinlaboratory and compliance assessment roles(testing labs, validation, or product certification) within R&D; environments (e.g., mechanical/electromechanical components or automotive sector).
