As a Workday Reporting/Prism Consultant, you help clients maximize their Workday investment through robust reporting and analytics. You join a global advisory team that delivers cloud-based HR solutions and supports transformation programs. You will translate business needs into efficient reports, analyze large data sets, and leverage Workday reporting frameworks to drive insight.

This role offers exposure to AI-enabled delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to advance certifications and expertise.

- Assess and rationalize client reporting needs and create a value-based reporting inventory
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and translate them into reports and configurations aligned with best practices




- Identify trends in large data sets and interpret analytics use cases to resolve issues with internal teams
- Develop technical expertise in Workday reporting and analytics framework and apply it to projects

Responsabilidades

- Experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics in Workday or similar ERPs
- Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, organize, and analyze reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate and visualize requirements using Workday or similar xugodme analytics platforms
- Ability to travel as needed and manage a team and client interactions
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
