About the Job

As the Zone Head of Finance Operations, Western Europe, you will lead finance operations, accounting, statutory reporting, compliance, and governance across multiple countries and legal entities. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial information, supporting sound business decisions, and driving operational excellence through strong partnerships with local finance teams, shared services, and integral stakeholders.

In this role, you will help simplify complexity, strengthen financial controls, and contribute to the transformation of Finance across Western Europe.





You Will

- Lead finance operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and timely financial close activities.
- Maintain strong governance and control environments, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Partner with shared services and local finance teams to deliver high-quality finance operations and continuously improve efficiency, consistency, and service levels.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and regulatory matters to senior Finance leaders and business stakeholders.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, digitalization, automation, and system implementations across the region.
