We are looking for a Website Development Intern to support our technical infrastructure as we work with a major logistics firm. This role focuses on how we organize and present management tools online to ensure they are accessible and clear. Olive Tree Consulting helps companies fix the friction in their management habits. Much of our work involves creating digital structures that help teams track decisions and responsibilities. As an intern, you will help maintain and improve the websites and internal tools that facilitate this. We are currently supporting a major logistics firm to help them clarify their internal operations, and your role will be to ensure the digital environments we build for them remain reliable and easy to use. This is not a role about building complex animations or flashy landing pages. Instead, you will focus on creating practical, clean, and fast web experiences that make information easier to find. Since we are a fully remote team, our digital platforms are where all the work happens, making this role essential to our daily operations.

What You Will Do

- Update and maintain web pages using various content management systems and basic code.
- Organize site navigation so that notes, documents, and project trackers are easy for clients to locate.
- Fix front-end issues such as broken links, formatting errors, or slow-loading images.
- Help move content from older systems into newer, cleaner templates that follow our style guidelines.
- Work with our consultants to turn their written reports into interactive or searchable web content.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices to make sure they work well for everyone.




- Keep a clear log of updates and technical changes made to our internal sites.
- Suggest small improvements to site layout that make reading long documents more comfortable.

- High attention to detail, especially when it comes to consistent spacing, fonts, and layout.
- The ability to explain technical problems or solutions clearly to people who do not code.
