We need an intern who can look at these records and help us identify the patterns that matter. What You Will Do

- Organize and clean internal data sets related to project management and team performance.
- Build simple, clear trackers that show how quickly decisions are made and implemented.
- Audit meeting notes and decision logs to identify recurring bottlenecks for the client.
- Help the advisory team prepare weekly data summaries for the logistics firm leadership.
- Maintain the internal records we use to keep the engagement on track and consistent.
- Spot inconsistencies in how different departments report their progress or handle handoffs.




- Create basic visualizations that make complex operational data easier for non-experts to read.
