Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Barcelona.
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms that enhance user experience through improved predictions based on user selections.
You will work with large datasets and collaborate closely with our development team to deploy effective solutions into production.
Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning algorithms that learn from user selections to enhance future predictions.
Develop efficient solutions for retrieving the most relevant candidates from extensive datasets containing millions of records.
Build, test, and optimize machine learning models for accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless deployment of machine learning solutions into production environments.
Continuously monitor and improve model performance based on user feedback and data analysis.
Document processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Mandatory Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working with large-scale datasets and implementing search/retrieval techniques.
Solid understanding of recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or similar machine learning applications.
Proven ability to build, test, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and contributions to machine learning initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
