Panoram Hotel Management is a hotel management company operating in Spain and Italy, with more than 20 properties and ongoing projects under international brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Accor.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a General Manger to lead the opening and launch of a hotel in a key destination in Spain.

Ensure full compliance with 4 international brand standards.
Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
Manage budgets, operational costs, and key hotel KPIs.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Experience in hotel openings, pre-openings, or rebranding projects (highly valued).
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
