Job Description

As an Independent working cook I, you are responsible for preparing various dishes and coordinating activities within your kitchen station.

Duties include, among others:

preparing ingredients yourself

- applying basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- providing technical guidance to assistant(s).

Job requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer:

Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience (in accordance with the Hospitality CLA, Job Group V)





Periodic salary increases in accordance with the Hospitality CLA
