Role Summary
We are seeking a Vice President to join our Private Equity Partnerships Team in Madrid. This is a senior role for an experienced investment professional who will take ownership of deal processes end-to-end and play a key part in shaping the team’s strategy and portfolio.
The PE Partnerships team invests across secondaries, fund commitments (primaries), and co-investments,



with secondaries as the core strategy and the BEIS II fund as its flagship vehicle. You’ll lead investment processes end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and represent BlueEarth externally with fund managers and partners.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end investment processes, with a primary focus on secondary transactions alongside fund commitments and co-investments
- Drive due diligence, including financial analysis, operational assessment, impact evaluation, and reference checks on fund managers
- Develop and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee, including detailed memoranda and risk assessments
- Manage and deepen relationships with fund managers, co-investment partners, and market intermediaries
- Oversee portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting across the PE Partnerships portfolio
- Contribute to the development of investment strategy, including sector focus, geographic allocation, and portfolio construc
