Sushi Today Utrecht B.V. is a modern and dynamic sushi and Asian fusion restaurant in Utrecht. We are known for our fresh ingredients, creative dishes, and fast service. Our team consists of passionate hospitality professionals who strive together for high-level quality and hospitality.

Due to growth, we are looking for 4 Independent working cook I to strengthen our kitchen team.

As an Independent working cook I, you will work in a professional kitchen where teamwork and efficiency are central.

Duties:

- preparing ingredients yourself

- application of basic cooking techniques

- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

What do we offer?

Market-rate salary between €2,510 --€3,050 gross per month

(depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA -- Job Group V)
