As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in:

- Initiating contact with businesses in the hospitality industry through outbound calls.
- Introducing our client's products and services.
- Persuading decision-makers to sign up for our offerings.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Exceeding monthly lead targets.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish (C2 level or higher).
- Fluency in English language.
- Previous experience in the call center or BPO industry.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A motivated team player mindset.
- Previous sales experience to seal the deal.
- Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
