Our Team

At Opella Digital, we are building the technology foundation of a newly independent global consumer healthcare company. This role sits within the Commercial & Growth Hub and plays a key leadership role in shaping the future of our commercial technology landscape.

You will lead a team of approximately five Solution Architects and SAP experts responsible for Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Trade Promotion, Revenue Growth, and Customer Service capabilities across global markets.

Partnering with senior business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders, you will define technology strategy, guide major investment decisions, and drive transformation initiatives that support the growth of more than 100 trusted consumer healthcare brands used by hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5 Solution Architects and SAP experts

- Define and drive the architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commercial & Growth Hub solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms

- Partner with senior business stakeholders to align technology investments with commercial growth priorities and business objectives

- Own architecture decisions across Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Trade Promotion, Revenue Growth, Customer Service, and related commercial capabilities

- Build strong relationships across Digital, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Customer Experience, ERP, and Enterprise Architecture teams

- Guide product and delivery teams through major transformation programs, global deployments, and platform modernization initiatives

- Drive simplification, standardization, and scalability across markets while balancing business needs and technology sustainability





- Establish priorities and allocate resources across architecture activities, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs

- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled SAP capabilities, and identify opportunities to create business value and operational efficiency

- Ensure architecture standards, security requirements, compliance expectations, and operational resilience are embedded within solution designs

- Act as the senior escalation point for complex architectural decisions and critical business issues

- Contribute to the long-term digital strategy of Opella and help shape future commercial platforms and capabilities

About You

Required Experience

- 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA , Commercial Systems, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Applications.

- Strong experience in SAP Order-to-Cash, Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Trade Promotion, Revenue Growth Management, or related commercial processes.

- Experience leading and developing teams in a integral and matrix environment

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps

- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and complex technology initiatives

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, enterprise applications, and business process design

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and delivery

Preferred Experience

- Consumer Goods, FMCG, Consumer Health, Retail, or similar industry experience

- Experience with AI-enabled SAP capabilities, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies

- Experience working in agile product organizations

- Exposure to multi-market and global deployment environments

Education

Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline

Languages

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Spanish or French are a plus but not mandatory
