Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance on Java development, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

- Lead and support functional initiatives across Banking domains, including:

- Loan and credit portfolios

- International/foreign operations

- Cards and payments

- Alternatively, contribute to transformation and operational excellence projects within the Insurance sector.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring successful delivery of industry solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with Java(technical background required).

- Strong functional understanding of at least one of the following areas:

- Banking portfolios





- International banking operations

- Card systems and payment processing

- Insurance processes and products

- Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
