Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun loving, and hardworking Optician to join our new Shop in Barcelona.

This individual enjoys providing superior customer service, is a team player, and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. A love for fashion and a level of excellence is a must.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

- Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide customers with clear directions and provide all information regarding products and services
- Understanding of the MOSCOT brand and story and ability to communicate this heritage to the customer




- Create a memorable MOSCOT Shop experience
- Collaborate with MOSCOT family members to keep shop tidy and organized

Communication:

- Answer and direct phone calls as needed
- Respond and collaborate with lab and shop teams on all orders

Inventory Control:

- Assist with cycle counts, receipts, and returns of frame and stock lens inventory
- Process inter-shop transfers in the POS system
- Confirm that tickets match the physical frame

Requirements

- Licensed as an optician
- Clear and articulate communication skills with empathy towards customers
- About 5 years of experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Weekend and Holiday availability required
