BILLING SPECIALIST

We are looking to strengthen our team by hiring an administrative dedicated to invoicing.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

– Essential: professional experience in the transport, logistics, import and export sectors

– Knowledge of transport documentation and customs processes

– Spoken and written Spanish and English proficiency

– Plus: knowledge of SAP and Wexlog

– Organizational skills, attention to details and ability to manage priorities

– Sense of responsibility and strong communication skills

– Strong interpersonal and organizational skill set

– Ability to work proficiently in a pleasant international and dynamic environment.

TASKS:

– formulation of rates

– issuing of invoices

– customer support regarding billing-related issues
