We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Groups Executive to join our team in Cataluña. If you’re passionate about building great travel products, closing deals, and creating standout client experiences, this role is for you.

You’ll play a key role in growing our Groups & Incentives business—owning proposals end-to-end, shaping our product, and making things happen fast.

What You’ll Do:

- Own and drive Groups & Incentives business in Cataluña with a strong commercial mindset.
- Create tailored, high-impact proposals that win business and exceed client expectations.
- Respond quickly and effectively to incoming leads—speed and quality matter.
- Build, shape, and continuously improve our product portfolio (experiences, excursions, services).
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals and unique offerings.
- Develop competitive pricing and ensure profitability across all proposals.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and top-quality execution.




- Prepare sharp client presentations and compelling sales materials.
- Stay on top of market trends to keep our offering fresh, relevant, and ahead of competitors.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within tourism, DMC, or MICE.
- Strong commercial instinct and product mindset—you know how to sell and what sells.
- Fluent English (German and/or French are a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented—you get things done.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Team oriented mind.
- Degree in Tourism, Business, or similar.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driving license required.
