Barcelona eBikes & Bike Tours is looking for Dutch-speaking bike tour guides to join our team in Barcelona.

If you love cycling, enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and would like to share the story of Barcelona with visitors, we would love to hear from you.

We run a range of guided bike tours and eBike tours around the city, showing guests the most interesting parts of Barcelona — from historic neighbourhoods to the seaside. Our tours are relaxed, fun and informative, and we focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As a guide, your role will be to lead small groups through the city by bike, sharing stories about Barcelona’s culture, history and daily life. You don’t need to memorize a script — we will give you the structure and training, and you can develop your own style over time.

Most of our guests are international travellers, so the ability to communicate clearly and create a friendly atmosphere is key.

Languages

- Dutch (required)
- English (required)
- Other languages are a plus

Requirements

- You enjoy cycling and being outdoors
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude




- Interest in Barcelona’s culture and history
- Customer-focused and comfortable speaking to small groups
- Basic bike knowledge or willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends

No previous tour guide experience is required — many of our guides come from different backgrounds and learn on the job.

Pay: 23,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year
