This Position reports to:

Production Manager

- MISIÓN:

Asegurar el Montaje final de las piezas requeridas, optimizando el tiempo usado y calidad de las piezas.

- TAREAS:

- Vigilancia de máquinas automáticas: Ajusta la máquina, proveer de material, solucionar atascos y solución de averías sencillas en la máquina.
- Comunicación al Rpble .Célula de los problemas de la maquinaria
- Retirar e Identificar las piezas mediante la tarjeta de identificación y etiqueta lista para el transportista.
- Realizar las operaciones de Autocontrol cada hora y cuando acaba el lote
- Embalar piezas en cajas
- En Máquina semiautomática:



Remachar, grabar pieza y poner pieza
- Montaje manual de bridas, tornillos, visores…en piezas
- Montaje manual según hoja de instrucciones
- Limpieza del lugar de trabajo y maquinaria
