As part of our Client Support team, you will support our internal users across different departments by providing IT assistance and ensuring a smooth daily operation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and international environment.

YOUR TASKS

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a first point of contact for hardware and software issues, mainly in 1st and 2nd level support, via remote support or on site
- Support troubleshooting and assist in resolving IT issues under guidance from senior colleagues
- Help monitor and maintain IT systems in a Microsoft client environment
- Assist in IT projects such as software rollouts, hardware setup,



and migrations
- Contribute to documentation and user guides, and support basic user training sessions
- Collaborate with IT colleagues across different locations

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed training in IT, currently studying IT, or first experience in IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and common office applications
- Understanding of basic IT concepts (hardware, software, networks)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel if needed
- High level of English (written and spoken)
