With 15 years of experience, we are a leading provider of health insurance solutions to the expat community in Spain and are committed to offering comprehensive and high-quality health cover to our clients with a signature customer service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in our Mijas-Costa office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, specifically those related to general administration, renewals and payments.
- Manage the entire client policy renewal process.
- Contact existing clients to facilitate the collection of any accounts receivable.
- Assist the sales team by establishing first contact with potential business customers to arrange calls, appointments and meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in administration,



preferably within the insurance or health care sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback within CRM or other systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage and update databases efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Fluent bilingual written/spoken English and Spanish. This is a must.

Contract
Full-time permanent contract.

Salary
Yearly salary of €19,000-€21,000 gross.

Working hours
Monday-Friday (8 hours/day — split or continuous shift ending at 19:00).
