Basic Salary: €22,249 gross per year

Join a leading travel company and help travellers from around the world enjoy a smooth and stress-free experience. We are looking for an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers and accommodation partners through phone and email communication.

You will work in an international and multicultural environment, assisting travellers with booking issues, payments, service enquiries, and technical support while delivering a high standard of customer care.

What you will do

Support customers and accommodation partners via phone and email

Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

Handle service, payment, and technical enquiries

Follow company procedures and quality standards

Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools

Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times

What’s offered

Temporary contract





38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday

Shift availability between 09:00 and 20:00

27 working days holiday per year

3 weeks of paid training and ongoing coaching

Requirements

Native or C2 level Icelandic

Advanced English

Strong written and spoken communication skills

Good computer skills including Office 365 and CRM systems

Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude

Adaptable and adaptable to changing priorities

Goal-oriented and customer focused

Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage

Candidates must already be living in Barcelona
