APPRENTICE BUSINESS OPERATIONS (GES)

Key responsibilities

- Act as the person to go-to for an excellent service to our internal customers
- Check and follow-up data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in all systems used.
- Provide timely response to stakeholders and establish appropriate working relationships with them.
- Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business and operational rules by providing adequate support.
- Ensure all communications are managed via used tools or specific escalation channels.
- Support Continuous Improvements Projects and Process Documentation updates.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and drive continuous improvement on processes and systems.

You bring

- Degree in business administration or similar background.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
- Highly motivated to learn, talented and eager to grow professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while respecting tight deadlines.
- High service-oriented mind set-up.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
