Requirements:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, participating in all phases of EPC/EPCM projects within the oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
- ESolid experience in the design and review of static and rotating equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, fans, among others.
- Direct involvement in technical specification processes, issuance of requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and procurement support.
- Active participation in multidisciplinary design reviews, factory acceptance tests (FAT), coordination with manufacturers, and resolution of technical non-conformities.
- Strong knowledge of applicable international standards (API, ASME VIII and IX, TEMA, NEMA, ISO) and practical experience implementing them in real projects.
- Advanced knowledge and use of mechanical design and calculation tools (PV Elite, COMPRESS, Caesar II, AutoPIPE, among others).
- English proficiency B2 or higher.

Principal duties

- Supervise the mechanical engineering team by assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables,



and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Validate design criteria, data sheets, drawings, and technical equipment specifications.
- Control the quality of technical documentation, including purchase requisitions, calculation reports, and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate the selection and specification of static equipment (tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, among others) and rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, fans, among others).
- Actively participate in technical reviews, 3D design reviews, mechanical stress analysis, and structural calculations for equipment.
- Collaborate closely with process, piping, electrical, civil, and instrumentation disciplines to ensure proper integration of the mechanical design.
