Requirements:

- Planning, organization, and prioritization of assigned work capacity in terms of manpower, technical quality, and overall cost in O&G; projects.
- Proactive ability to lead team development under pressure, with limited resources and tight deadlines.
- Project management experience.
- High English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Principal duties

- Assign responsibilities, duties, and objectives to assigned personnel, ensuring the appropriate technical level is achieved.
- Receive and provide information to discipline teams and other disciplines, ensuring systematic, continuous, and timely flow of interdisciplinary information.
- Channel and follow up on questions and concerns that may arise from different departments, partners, and clients related to the area under responsibility.




- Ensure that all documents and drawings generated within the project corresponding to the discipline area are consistent and comply with the established quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Provide weekly progress updates to the Project Discipline Lead regarding activities within the specialty, identifying any activities that may impact project development.
