As a Personal Cruise Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers turn their travel aspirations into reality by finding the perfect cruise experience from the very first conversation. What you'll do
- Manage the customer journey from the first enquiry through to booking confirmation.
- Guide customers to the cruise experience that best matches their needs, recommending the right itineraries, ships, cabins and promotions.
- Drive booking conversions and upselling opportunities, and meet your individual sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, portfolio management and repeat bookings.
- Manage both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound sales activity while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Become an expert in MSC Cruises' products, pricing and promotions to deliver personalised recommendations.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience across phone,
chat and digital channels in a fast-paced international environment.
What we're looking for
We're looking to welcome customer-focused professionals who enjoy sales, love building relationships and are motivated by achieving results. You'll be a great fit if you:
- Speak native-level English (spoken and written)
- Bring additional languages (a strong advantage)
- Are comfortable working in rotating shifts
- Are based in, or able to relocate to, Valencia
Your Essentials
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong advantage
- Full right to work in Spain
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts
Working Hours: Availability of working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends (opening office 12/7)

Salary & benefits
- Annual gross salary: €22,000
- Annual performance bonus: up to €20,000
