We’re looking for an IXL V&V; Leader to ensure the integrity and performance of signalling systems that keep cities moving safely and efficiently. This is high-impact engineering: guaranteeing that complex railway systems meet the highest standards before they go live.

Your role, your impact

- Define and lead Verification, Integration and Testing activities across the full project lifecycle
- Develop and manage the Verification & Validation (V&V;) plan and Requirement Validation Table (RVT)
- Ensure full requirements coverage, including safety and functional validation
- Coordinate system integration, interface validation and in-house testing activities
- Lead document reviews, testing execution and reporting
- Perform on-site functional testing and analyse results
- Guarantee independence between verification and design teams
- Provide project reporting in line with TIS processes and contractual requirements

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering and project functions - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring





- Experience in railway signalling, especially IXL and ICC systems (design, integration or testing)
- Strong knowledge of signalling principles and IXL subsystem architecture
- Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS, Reqtify, ClearQuest, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to debug and resolve system issues
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to continuously learn
- Fluency in Spanish and English

- Full traceability and coverage of system requirements
