✨ Responsibilities:

- Guide students to actively participate and speak English while minimising teacher talk
- Create and maintain a high-energy classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves freely and without fear of making mistakes




- Lead dynamic, student-centred lessons for various age groups, using our curriculum as a guide for engaging activities, games, and discussions that prompt verbal expression.
- For younger students, incorporate music, movement and visual aids to coach them in basic vocabulary and sounds in a natural and playful way.
- Observe and assess student progress based on their verbal participation and comprehension, proving real time feedback to improve their communication skills.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share ideas, strategies and feedback to continually improve the quality of our teaching and classes
