Direct message the job poster from RED Integral *** Demand Planning and IBP Adherence Manager - Europe - Remote *** About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning and IBP Consultant to join an international team driving excellence in demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning demand, supply, financials, and strategic goals for a leading global organisation. Importantly, the primary goal of this project is to track how well different teams and markets are adhering to the established supply chain planning process — not to build the process itself, but to assess whether it is being followed properly and consistently. Key Responsibilities: Lead Demand Planning Processes Develop and manage accurate forecasts of customer demand Leverage historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs Monitor IBP Adherence Evaluate and report on how effectively teams are applying the IBP framework Identify gaps and recommend improvements in compliance and consistency Improve Forecast Accuracy & Process Discipline Measure forecast performance and drive improvements Enhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagement Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Key Requirements:
