Job Description
Join our AI Department and support the delivery of high‑impact AI and software projects. In this role, you will focus on project coordination, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication rather than hands‑on technical development. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI and software‑related projects.
- Manage project resources and support capacity planning across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to align priorities, timelines, and resource needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Gather, synthesize, and organize complex project information into clear action plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and key stakeholder communications.
- Drive a proactive and collaborative project environment that supports delivery goals.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.




- 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or resource management roles.
- Experience working in software, data, digital, AI, or technology‑driven project environments.
- Strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and discussions in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
