Requirements:

- Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the energy, oil, gas, or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of drafting/drawing (delineation).
- Advanced Microsoft Office / databases / AutoCAD.
- Basic English.

- 100% on-site in Huelva, Spain.

Principal duties

- Manage all engineering documentation for a project as required, and prepare it for submission to the client in accordance with project-specific procedures.
- Analyze and control all technical documentation related to the department and project activities within contractual requirements and company procedures (including confidentiality).
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental/project document control workflows.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Verify document quality and transmittals in accordance with Document Management standards and Quality standards.
- Manage vendor documentation.




- Collect information for reporting purposes.
- Support Project Managers/Engineers as needed.
- Prepare final engineering and vendor documentation books.
- Support disciplines when required.
- Perform small drafting tasks to support the office.
- General office support tasks.
