The role.

We are looking for a construction site manager to lead high-value space refurbishment and construction projects across retail, offices, commercial premises, hotels, and restaurants. This newly-created position – supporting Agilité’s expansion across Spain – empowers you to work across a wide range of construction projects in Madrid, with a direct impact on quality,



deadlines, and the client experience.

You’ll be the technical reference on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and representing the company.

The idóneo candidate will ideally possess:

- A degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office, retail, hotel, and/or hospitality construction projects
- Strong negotiation, budget, and deadline management skills
- Proactive profile, with technical vision and aesthetic sensibility for unique spaces.
