DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our clients' team in Barcelona. We’re seeking someone who deeply understands user needs, can influence product direction, and transforms complex ideas into high-impact digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to craft simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences — even when tackling complex challenges at scale across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, WatchOS, WearOS, and web).

You’ll be part of a small, agile team supporting millions of users worldwide. Your designs will ship fast, reach a massive audience, and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsabilities

- Lead user research, data analysis, and direct conversations to uncover real user problems.
- Transform complex training flows into clear, elegant, and easy-to-use experiences.
- Design and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance usability and delight.
- Adapt solutions across platforms: mobile (iOS & Android), wearables (WatchOS & WearOS), and web.
- Bring a strong product perspective to discussions — influencing not just how things look, but what we build and why.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure exceptional end-to-end experiences.
- Drive the evolution of the visual identity and design system,



ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Experiment with AI-powered design workflows to accelerate creativity and exploration.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products (B2C), with a strong mobile-first focus.
- Strong product mindset — thinking beyond individual screens to flows, trade-offs, and user value.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present work and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (rapid exploration and high-fidelity prototyping).
- Experience designing mobile animations and interactions.
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful solutions to real user problems.
- Personal interest in fitness, weightlifting, or calisthenics.
