At Grup Montaner, a consultancy specialized in talent acquisition and development, we are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join a young, fast-growing international company based in Bràfim, Tarragona.

Your Mission

As a Purchasing Specialist, your mission will be to execute purchasing activities that ensure the timely supply of goods and services, optimize company costs, build and maintain long-term supplier relationships, and support the purchasing team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis to identify purchasing optimization opportunities.
- Support strategic and investment purchasing projects.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers to ensure competitiveness and quality.
- Lead supplier negotiations to achieve the best commercial conditions.
- Manage relationships with service providers and international suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand business needs and ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and fire protection regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Maintain an organized and safe working environment.




- Drive a company vehicle when business needs require it.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor in accordance with labor regulations and business needs.

What We Offer

- Permanent, full-time contract.
- On-site position based in Bràfim, Tarragona.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Competitive annual salary between €28,000 -€35,000 gross, depending on the candidate's experience and background.

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a Purchasing Specialist or similar procurement role.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Valid Category B driving license.
