Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring activities across the business. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination and offer support. This is a hands-on role for someone who can communicate effectively, stay organised, and help deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant hiring platforms.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely communication with candidates.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment trackers and internal systems.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines.
- Support the preparation of offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience.




- Ensure recruitment activities are handled in a professional, confidential, and compliant manner.

Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities.
- Confidence in candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, or similar hiring tools.
- Professional and proactive approach to communication and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent English is required.Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, or property-related roles is an advantage.
