We are currently in search of a Senior Electrical & Automation Hardware Engineer to join our team located in Portsmouth (UK).

We are looking for a skilled professional to join a high-impact perfusion project for Cytiva in Portsmouth. If you have a strong background in electrical cabinet design, sensor selection, and hands-on prototyping, this is for you!

Project Details:

- Start Date: July 2026

- Duration: Long-term project until December 2027 (with potential extension)

- Location: Portsmouth, UK (100% On-site)

- Experience level: Senior (ideally 5–10 years of experience)

️ Key Responsibilities:

- Component Selection: Select transmitters and sensors (flow, temperature,



weight, valves, etc.).

- Communication: Select and integrate communication gateways.

- Electrical Design: Design and prototype electrical cabinets connected to the perfusion system (Low Voltage).

- Schematics: Create technical drawings using E-Plan.

- Compliance: Handle rigorous documentation and verification processes (critical for this role).

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in Electrical/Automation Hardware.

- Proficiency in E-Plan and Low Voltage systems.

- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- Nice to have: Programming skills.

- Note: Experience in the Life Sciences industry is not mandatory—we value your core engineering expertise!
