Telemarketing Agent – French & Dutch Speaking

Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com is a Danish‑owned international real‑estate group specialising in new‑build and off‑plan properties. We operate across Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai, connecting European buyers with properties across Spain.

Key Details

Job type: Full‑time, permanent contract. No remote or hybrid option. Workdays: Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑18:00 or 12:00‑20:00. Two weekend shifts per month, planned in advance.

Responsibilities

- Call warm prospects who have already expressed interest in buying property in Spain.
- Build genuine rapport, qualify their interest,



and understand their buying intentions.
- Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for our real‑estate agents.
- Follow proven call structures and personalise them.
- Keep accurate CRM records after every call.
- Represent Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com with professionalism and energy.

Requirements

- Fluent in French and Dutch as a native language (essential).
- Solid English speaking skills (required).
- Based within 30‑40 minutes of Bel‑Air, Cancela, Estepona.
- Available to work full‑time from the office – no remote or hybrid option.
- Comfortable and confident on the phone – warm, genuine, and natural.
- Self‑motivated and self‑driven to meet daily targets.
- Resilient and positive throughout the working day.
- Comfortable with two weekend shifts per month.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus – attitude and drive matter more.
