- Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems
- Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination
- Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management
- Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations
- Contribute to various procurement projects and ad‑hoc tasks
Qualifications
- Must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic program
- Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast‑paced environment
