What you’ll work on

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll join our engineering team in Madrid and contribute to real production systems. Depending on your skills and interests, you may work on:

- Backend services for large-scale email and contacts migration
- Data pipelines, APIs, and analytics systems
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Internal tools that help us operate securely and reliably
- Product features for Email Meter, Reportative, or ShuttleCloud’s migration platform
- Testing, monitoring, debugging, and performance improvements

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything already, but you should be curious, rigorous, and eager to learn.



We’re especially interested in candidates who have:

- Experience with at least one general‑purpose programming language
- Interest in backend engineering, distributed systems, data, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to reason clearly, debug problems, and learn independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Care for security, reliability, and code quality
- A passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest and greatest, like AI coding tools
- Work on real systems used by major integral companies
- Learn from a small, experienced, engineering‑led team
- Get exposure to large-scale data migration, analytics, and SaaS infrastructure
- Contribute directly to products with real customers

Compensation, Schedule & Location

This is a part‑time internship based at our Madrid office: Calle Valderribas 59, 28007 Madrid. Compensation is €1,000/month for part‑time work. Schedule and duration are flexible and can be adapted based on the candidate’s availability and university requirements (if any).
