Job Purpose

We are looking for a Controller EMEA to support our team in Barcelona in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for Europe & LATAM subsidiaries by assisting with P&L; project follow‑up, monthly closings, budgeting, data analysis and financial planning, while continuously improving reporting tools and processes using advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Business Management, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Monitor and understand underling businesses and projects, and assess management with forecasting and decision‑taking.
- Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and maintain complex financial models to support new projects, budgeting, clients negotiations and other Europe & LATAM management finance needs.
- Collaborate with local finance teams and assist in the validation of regional P&L; statements, balance sheets, and financial reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly closings).
- Monitor variances and assist with analysis of key financial metrics,



aligned with operational regional initiatives for the EMEA region.

Requirements

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2‑3 years of progressive finance/controlling experience.
- Previous experience as Audit, Controller or Financial Planning.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, interview process in English.
