Youtrust is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end revenue hiring across France and international markets. Based in one of our offices (Paris, Caen, Bordeaux, or Barcelona), you will partner with senior leadership to transform our in-house revenue hiring into a competitive advantage.
You will mentor the current TA Manager, lead data-driven TA initiatives, and drive cross-functional projects including AI tooling, employer branding, and hiring excellence.
