We are All Around Food B.V., a chinese restaurant looking for apassionate Independent Working Chef Level I to join our kitchen team. Are you a chef who thrives in the kitchen? As our chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes and meal components. You will work under the guidance of our head chef or owner but can also independently manage the kitchen when needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow chefs and, if required, supervise kitchen assistants. You willfollow established guidelines regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and visual presentation. Our restaurant is located at address: Westblaak 27, 3012KD Rotterdam. Interested? Your Responsibilities:

- Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
- Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary
- Maintaining inventory, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
- Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.




- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
- Providing input on menu composition, changes, and methods.
