Then this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a People Experience ( PX’) Partner Lead Iberia - Italy, based at our office in Madrid, Spain or Gallarate, Italy.
Together with the local PX team, you partner with the local managers and management teams to drive further improvements and organizational change.
Key responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate the PX activities for our commercial markets in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and Italy
Develop the countries’ Human Resources strategy based on the Global People roadmap
Partner with and coach the managers and Leadership teams to uplift people managerial skills
Provide support to local managers for organizational change
Oversee and facilitate our HR processes and their delivery through the local PX team
Promote and engage with work environment initiatives to increase employee engagement
Support the Global People Excellence team to develop our internal talent agenda
Manage the relationship and continuous improvement with our recruitment provider
Adapt global leadership and learning programs to be fit for purpose in local markets
Lead and coach the local PX team (PX Partner Iberia as a direct report and 2 PX Specialists in a dotted line)
Qualifications and experience :
University Business Degree
Successful track record in HR leadership roles within multinational companies
Well-versed in human resource management practices, policies, and principles
Excellent knowledge and understanding of country labour regulations and laws
Data-driven in decision-making and strong stakeholder management
Strong Change Management and communication skills
Positive attitude, with a passion to win and willingness to get involved and get the job done
Authentic leadership and collaborative working style, engendering strong team spirit
Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong process orientation and process improvement mindset
Excellent communication skills in Spanish / Italian and English, additional language appreciated
Willingness to travel frequently within the geography of responsibility
